Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region, while international orders may take 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn timepieces in their original packaging. Please ensure all protective films are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Do AVI-8 watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every AVI-8 timepiece is covered by a 2-year limited international warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
Are the watches water-resistant?
Most of our watches have a water resistance rating of 5 ATM or 50 meters, making them suitable for everyday use and light swimming, but not for high-impact water sports or diving.
What types of movements do you use in your timepieces?
We utilize a variety of high-quality movements, including Japanese Miyota automatic and quartz movements, as well as specialized meca-quartz chronographs for precision timing.
