At AVI-8 Timepieces, we want you to be completely satisfied with your aviation-inspired watch. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the authorization process.

  Pack Your Watch

  Securely place the timepiece in its original packaging, including all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
